The County of Albemarle is pleased to offer citizens and businesses a convenient and secure option to pay County fees, permits, invoices, and parking tickets online. This system requires you to enter identifying information such as the department, type of fee/permit/invoice/ticket, and requires a reference number.

To use the online service, PayPal will charge you the following convenience fees:
Credit Card2.5%
Debit Card2.35%
Minimum Fee:$1.95

A PayPal account is NOT necessary to pay your fees or permits online. Albemarle County does NOT receive any of these fees.

There is no fee to pay using an electronic check (E-Check).

If you are having difficulties or believe you may have made a duplicate/over payment while using the web site please contact the department responsible for issuing your fee/permit.
